New premises for expanding company
Published: 11 August, 2016
EEEGR member Gee-Force Hydraulics, specialist supplier of controlled bolting and flange working equipment has moved to new, larger premises on the Beacon Business Park in Great Yarmouth.
“The Beach Got Bigger” was the company’s strapline whilst exhibiting at EEEGR’s SNS2016 event in March when the company made the announcement about a new rental and training partnership with industry leader HTL. The “beach” is local vernacular for “onshore” and a previous strapline “the beach got closer” signified the company’s presence in Great Yarmouth, right at the heart of the southern north sea oil and gas operations. The company says the new HTL partnership offers access to an unparalleled hire fleet of controlled bolting and flange working equipment, flushing, test and instrumentation equipment, portable machines as well as cutting and subsea equipment.
The partnership also brings ECITB approved training and testing from the new Beacon Park premises. HTL says its team of industry experienced technical trainers ensures that Gee-Force and HTL can continuously deliver approved courses which meet local customer needs, including the new Wind Turbine Bolted Connections courses, MJI31 and MJI32.
Managing director Graeme Cook explains:
“Gee-Force Hydraulics already supply controlled bolting and flange working equipment to a wide range of industry sectors including oil & gas, power generation and renewable energy, however a partnership with HTL allows us to offer customers a complete portfolio of solutions through a full range of hire equipment.”
