Reducing cost of space heating

Published:  01 July, 2014

Powrmatic-CECx_higher.jpgPowrmatic says its new CECxCalecon destratification fans have been specifically designed to reduce the fuel consumption of space heating systems by as much as 15%. In displacing warm air from the roof void and redirecting it to the working zone, the CECx units can also improve comfort levels by creating a uniform pattern of heat throughout the occupied area.

Comprising five models, the CECx range offers air displacement rates from 2,340m3/h through to 11,040m3/h, making it easy to meet the air displacement requirements of a wide range of buildings. Automatic thermostatic controls prevent fan operation until the roof space temperature reaches a pre-set level.
