Joint venture completed

Ashtead Technology has announced it has recently completed its joint venture with Forum Subsea Rentals.
The company says the new combined business, trading as Ashtead Technology, will provide customers with access to the industry’s leading, independent one-stop-shop for all equipment requirements. With a rental fleet of 19,000 assets valued in excess of $139m, and the ability to service all major subsea hubs, the company says it is well placed to support all project requirements.
With immediate effect all legacy Forum Subsea Rentals activity will be conducted from Ashtead Technology facilities in Aberdeen, Singapore and Houston.
